We want to honor your and our time. Since this is a program specifically for experienced women leaders in the not-for-profit world, only proceed with the application if you do have

1. at least 7 years of overall professional experience

2. at least 3 years of leadership/managerial experience with responsibility for others

If you do qualify,

1. block your calendar for the times we meet for the program: Online: 9 Jan, 11 and 25 Feb 2026 - 17-19h and Onsite (Vienna, Austria): 21 to 25 January

2. make sure you are able and willing to spend 3-5 hours per week on your personal development across January and February as a minimum

3. make sure you are able and willing to make a financial contribution.

The regular program fee is EUR 2790. While we do aim to provide payment plans and partial scholarships for those in need, every participant needs to cover their own travel, lodging and board as well as related personal costs and visa costs, if applicable. You should count with roughly EUR 400-500 for the lodging and board for the on-site.

Coverage of program-related costs *

We want to make sure that all who wish to take part in the ACE program can do so while we also need to take care of the financial sustainability of the program as we do not receive ground funding for our organization nor the program. Can you or your organization cover the cost of your participation (program fee, board, accommodation, travel) or even contribute to the participation of a disadvantaged woman, who would also benefit from the program but cannot afford it? Or do you yourself need a partial scholarship? We can offer you to pay your contribution in up to three installments over a period of up to 6 months.
